I have recently worked with a chap my age (late 60s) who saw 1st hand the carnage in old Yugoslavia,, to be polite, he was quirky and very concerned.estimated 6 - 18 months before its happening.
We're in big trouble.
I get the comparison, but I think the UK lacks the actual structural fault lines that existed in Yugoslavia. The civil war I can envisage here would be more akin to the country fracturing rather than having parts of it, at least for the initial and mid-stages, break away to govern themselves.
You could argue that given the crack downs on personal liberty's, at least for the nativist whites, we are already in the very early stages of it and it would be potentially more about civil breakdown than actual open conflict between competing militaries.
Personally, I see our own political and legal establishment as the primary enemy us nativist whites are arrayed against. Sure, certain sections of the Muslim community (and they far more divided and riven by all kinds of internal stresses than people realise), may well look to assume control of certain cities, but let's be honest, they are welcome to them for the time being. Plus these places are only sustained via the welfare state. Take that away...
As time goes on, I find myself thinking the 'collapse' model is the one that will act as the catalyst, as when the welfare state falls apart, millions will voluntarily remigrate themselves anyway. And that solves a huge amount of the problem. Of course, the UK has a lot of 'fail' in it but given the bond markets and so on, we are already having to borrow money just to pay interest on the loans we have. Throw in the possibility of a major war, and then conscription, and you might potentially see those boats going the other way.
Only question is will too many of our people, the good ones, have already jumped ship? Suspect I will be long dead by the time the final act plays out but one thing is for certain, the UK of the 20th century is well and truly over.
The rot started in 1914 and now...lets see what can be salvaged.
