It does seem that way.City are finished.
Won't need that extra runway in Manchester now,Mr Burnham as your little kingdom of the North begins to fall apart!!

Yeah. You’d have to have a heart of stone not to laugh ! 🤣It does seem that way.
It's hard, though, not to feel some sympathy for the fans (the real ones not the recent converts) who spent so long in the shadow of their neighbours and now have to put up with them gloating again.

I feel for the possibly 1000s of employees directly and indirectly working for city, suppliers of food , drink and merchandise, service companies, the local community charities who benefit, the local businesses who rely on match days. Still at least welfare will be available for them!It does seem that way.

Maybe politics, but what about fraud and the law?The only thing that surprises me is that the PL grow a pair of balls and found them guilty so well done PL.
Punishment imho should be for all the years they cheated
900m fine all fed back to the lower leagues
9 year transfer ban
9 top people banned from football
Expulsion from PL.
Doubt the above will happen as politics will get involved and too many job loses, or you could use the 900m to help them find another job

It's a good point about police involvement in this case. They are involved enough with supporters.Maybe politics, but what about fraud and the law?
Maybe the City owners were financing it, wouldn’t surprise me. The Etihad Terminal, Manchester Airport.City are finished.

I thought it was the indepedent commisson that decides punishmentSky Sports saying that if expulsion is recommended as the penalty that there may not be enough votes amongst the PL clubs to kick them out. It needs a 15/19 vote and several top execs don't want to lose City for financial reasons. I have a feeling it is a secret vote as well, though could be wrong, which would make it more likely as a scenario. What with 'man of the people' Burnham sticking up for the UAE, this could get very ugly

This is from Google.
Officers can make immediate arrests at matches (such as recent pitch invasions or stadium incidents) or review CCTV and social media footage post-match to charge individuals with affray, violent disorder, or ABH/GBH.
