Agree, Canvot is young but that doesn’t change the fact he looks like costing us a goal pretty regularly

I was coaching my son's football team so missed the first half (probably a good thing).

I don't see what all the fuss is about JSL. I thought he played well today. Was able to hold the ball up well, forced them into a few turnovers and set up Kilali with a fantastic pass, leading to Chilly's goal. I can remember one heavy touch, that's it.

Kamada deserves a mention-really enjoyed his performance today in a more attacking role - plenty of energy, great passing, and penalty area presence, he had the disallowed goal and made the tackle/block in the penalty area for our 3rd goal.

Blimey 😳just watched match of the day highlights and they gave us a lot of praise and just seemed to want to criticise Fulham’s performance, saying THEY were all over the place. They weren’t wrong about Fulham, but because we pinched the game they didn’t mention our poor defending. A good thing I suppose, but at least Pierre in a longer interview I see knows we’ve got problems at the back and he won’t let the win paper over the cracks

Just watched it again, and you're right, although he did receive the ball from JSL.

Mitchell MOTM, of course, but it was one of Kamada's best matches. And Pino looked fitter and more industrious than I've seen him. The back line need to gel quickly, however. They played as three not-very-skilled individuals rather than as a good-to-excellent unit, which we've been blessed with for several seasons.

Agreed. And Nketiah worked well with them in the first half and got an assist. To win with Wharton arguably having his worst game for us - in front of Tuchel - is a big surprise. Larsen and Richards godawful again

Shows how you can't really trust highlights and analysis. Yes Fulham didn't defend that well but we were much worse imo and only got away with it due to Hendo and some horrific finishing. The xG from the game backs that up.

Strand Larsen's one touch hold-up and lay off for Pino to make the pass was very fine indeed, as was the whole swift pass and move - Strand Larsen / Pino / Khalaili boom boom boom, broke the Fulham line and we were in, looked like a training ground move put into practice. What was interesting from a tactical point of view about the third goal was that both full backs ended up ahead of the strikers. That's really going for it!
