Just stop helping them in any way whatsoever, the boats would stop coming within a few days.

Thanks for taking the time to reply in a sensible mannerThis kind of centrist left is generally good; and populist right is generally bad.
Complex and evolving solutions for complex problems versus simplistic and usually ill thought through policies made up on the hoof that look "tough" etc.
(See comment on why increasing employment and housing protection for migrants will actually reduce migration and why the populist right will nevertheless fight it tooth and nail).
Populism is bad. Right is not bad. Sensible right of centre free market led policies are generally the best, but no party currently has them on offer.
I am not sure why you would ask the question: do I want them stopped? Of course. They are generally unskilled products of a developing world education system and we don't need them. We have enough of that already.
However, we need immigrants. They add much needed labour in a critically diminishing labour market.
But not on boats. Legal, skilled migrants from e.g. the Baltic states will fill the gaps that emigration and aging are creating.
Really not difficult to comprehend is it?Just stop helping them in any way whatsoever, the boats would stop coming within a few days.

Here is Google AI - not sure what question you asked...anti-semitism almost 10 times the rate of anti-muslim.I think that’s completely untrue. However I wanted to double check so I asked AI. This was the response:-
“While antisemitism is a severe and rising form of prejudice in the UK, official data shows it is not "by far the most prevalent" overall hate crime or form of hatred. Racially motivated offenses make up the vast majority of all recorded hate crimes in England and Wales, and anti-Muslim offenses account for a larger total number of religious hate crime”.
Too many people are conflating opposition to the present Israeli government with anti semitism. They are not the same at all. Nor has it anything to do with left leaning politics.
Hope not Hate openly attack the far right and racism. People like Yaxley-Lennon and Reform are legitimate targets to have lights shone onto and into. There’s nothing left wing about it. I am myself on the centre right and have no more time for far left politics than I do for the far right. I just don’t though see any threats from the far left. I do from the far right, so I support Hope not Hate.

If it was that simple then it would have been done years ago. That it isn’t done suggests it cannot be done, without creating even worse outcomes.

correct. I respect the Jews for their high IQ, low crime levels and hard-working culture. Its embarrassing for me to come from an overtly AntiSemitic nation. It takes great bravery for Jews to wear traditional garb in the streets. So hats off to them. Here is Google AI - not sure what question you asked...anti-semitism almost 10 times the rate of anti-muslim.
Jewish people experience a significantly higher rate of hate crimes per head of population than Muslims in the UK, though Muslims experience a higher absolute number of total incidents. [1]
According to official Home Office Hate Crime Statistics, the per capita breakdown of religious hate crimes per 10,000 members of each population is as follows: [1, 2]
My own addition - it is also notable that there have been a series of anti-semitic terror attacks (ie aimed at mass-murder) in the past 18 months, but not against muslims.
- Jewish Population: 106 hate crimes per 10,000 people.
- Muslim Population: 12 hate crimes per 10,000 people. [1]

Eureka! Why didn't anyone else think of this?Obviously so.
Likewise, Rwanda was some pie in the sky concept some numpty voiced around a think tank and then somebody higher up unwisely blurted it out. The level of competence one expects from that sh1t show of a government. However, it then caused a whole cabinet to double down behind it until they inevitably got voted out.
Everybody knew it was an unworkable shambles of a concept that would have this country paying big with next to no impact on illegal immigration.
Attack the criminal facilitators and the black economy that attracts them. They are, at least, policies we have some control over.
I remember well Crowborough and Shorncliffe. Martello Tower near the rangeWhat could possibly go wrong? Mixing cadets in British uniforms with British loving immigrants ❤.

I see no such thing at the local Muslim community centre! Those attending have nice cars, are exceptionally polite and respectful. On one occasion, when passing as a funeral was anticipated, I engaged the Iman in charge in conversation as he was outside, directing the traffic so the hearse could enter. He was super friendly and helpful.Indeed, the system created by both the 'sensible left' and the 'sensible right' have created the incentives and I'd go as far as saying have deliberately created the situation for this third world migrant invasion.....It's been going on since Blair and has radically changed the country already.
It's not an accident.....The British public have been outright lied to and I won't state what I think should be the longer term consequences once investigated.
Also, I'd answer that the idea that we only let in 'high skilled European' labour is all well and good, but the reality is that the whole European continent is competing for that skill base. Countries like Poland have been heavily invested in and a lot of 'sensible immigration' is also looking at countries with good social cohesion that are safe.....Not countries producing Henry Nowak situations, where both the system and the products of immigration are against them.
No, it's automation or bust in my view....Immigration should be expressly on the 'guest worker' model unless that individual is highly sought after and bringing in family members to sit on the benefit system.....that should be the exception, rather than the current rule.
As I stated, people like Wisbech coming on here and talking about idleness is all well and good, but he should also be spreading that message at his local Islamic community centre because their rates of idleness exceed our own.....And we imported those people into the country and I never read one line from him complaining about it.

That's alright then. By the same token farmers in London don't have any complaints.I see no such thing at the local Muslim community centre! Maybe it's different "up country", but not here.

There are space industry jobs here, based at Newquay airport, but such specialists need to be prepared to go where the work is.It really is t though, is it? My daughter works in the Space industry as does her husband, are you suggesting that they could give up their jobs and move to Cornwall to look for employment? If you hadn’t noticed the job market is somewhat different today than the 60s.
Try getting transferred if you work in the Civil Service.
By the way Truro is a City, time to move?

Like Cornish farmers. Why don't they just move somewhere else? There are space industry jobs here, based at Newquay airport, but such specialists need to be prepared to go where the work is.
It will always depend on your priorities. If they are on a one path career then they must accept limitations on where they live. If living somewhere is the priority then they must accept limitations on how they can earn a living.
Their choice.
