That's not a bad starting 11. It would be interesting to see if Munoz would be content with/capable of being a traditional full back. If available, I would definitely start Mateta ahead of Larsen and maybe Canvot ahead of Riad.

I guess the real concerns then become the quality on the bench and backups for injury/suspension cover. We need a much deeper squad to cover for a good Europa campaign and comfortable safety in the prem.

Hopefully, there are still "irons in the fire" regarding new signings.

IMO Larsen is a better player, very good in the air, although with Glasners system we rarely cross, Mateta has shown his colours when he removed all the Palace social media before he had even signed, not the sharpest tool in the box.

You have replied with absolute drivel as usual. My selection is our first choice team from last season with Riad a straight swap for Lacroix! Munoz and Mitchell as wing backs so how do you get 8 defensive players?

I would be very nervous with that back three. All of them have an error in them and aren’t great positionally. Even if Lacroix was staying I’d say we needed to bring in an organiser. Once Guehi went our back three was a bit all over the place at times in the second half of last season.
