I went to a Sigue Sigue Sputnik gig where half the crowd were dressed as cyber goths and the other half looked like builders.

You do not have to be left, or indeed right to be anti-racist.

To those who accuse me of bringing politics into football/palace aren't those bringing the flags and stickers to our ground and whilst following palace political messages.

Whilst I agree the flags and stickers aren't racist in themselves, they provide a simple statement-"you're not welcome here". Is that in line with our diverse community in SE25 and beyond? Do you think it will encourage fans from such backgrounds to attend Selhurst?

Should we turn a blind eye to those chanting racist chants about Mateta (clue: it rhymes with Boom), calling other players a black b******* or so called fans singling out others for the colour of their skin. Because if you do, you're part of the problem.

Glad to see there is another Palace forum with sensible replies and reaction to this utter garbage - I had my account blocked on the BBS due to trying to reason with some of the loony lefties over there. A thankless task.

This Eastern Boy character has also posted the same message on Facebook groups and properly got his arse handed to him - see Eagles have landed (cpfc) for some of the scathing replies.

Still trying to work out if he is one of the naive simpleton lefties driven by his white saviour complex, or one of the nasty insidious ones who exaggerate or fabricate racial tensions to push a hard left agenda.

Either way we really don't want to see any kind of extreme politics at Selhurst.

To start any kind of movement like this you need to be able to listen. This guy hasn't listened to a single thing anyone has said. That's basically all anyone needs to know about how serious he is about improving anything for anyone. I'm sure if you told him he was on fire he'd burn to death just to spite your advice.

There'll be someone out there making lives better for minority groups. It isn't him.
