I think it highly likely that Stokes will lose the captaincy to Brook Stokes has form and has been given a few chances. I think deep down he is trying to be Ian Botham.

Too much short pitch bowling where the player just left the ball.

Archer had a hot spell (or so the BBC commentary thought) hitting Philips and roughing him up but crucially not getting his wicket.
Bethell comes on bowling slow rubbish and gets two wickets. Just like club cricket then....
Someone should remind Archer how effective he can be when he varies his pace, The slower ball after a few rockets can be the killer.
