Their line ups and his heat maps suggest they do. 27 and bit of a journeyman. We can do betterI don't think they play him like that. I also think he's overrated.

We missed Jordan Ayew this season just gone. A very clever astute skilful player who has the habit of popping up with a goal or assist in injury time. He did this even for a struggling Leicester team.i'd offer Jordan Ayew a 1 year contract. Would struggle to be a starter but with extra European games his versatility upfront and on both wings will come in handy, especially with 20 or so minutes left.
Has just left Leicester and will not get a better offer.
Can't be worse than Johnson, surely.

It’s amazing how opinions differ. Apart from the “wonder” goal he did little to help the team giving away far more fouls than he won thereby slowing down counter attacks, pitiful scoring and assists levels and generally not a good team player. According to Hodgson he was a good trainer but what did Roy know about forwards anyway. Not one of my memorable players and I was happy when Glasner gave him the boot.We missed Jordan Ayew this season just gone. Was an excellent value for money signing at Palace, just a shame that it took some fans quite a long time to see his worth - but we got there in the end.
We don’t need another right winger which is what Bowen is. We already have 68000000000 of them. Also no chance he would come to us. He will be looking for a pay day and a bigger club.Harry Wilson or Jarod Bowen

Bowen I agree will have plenty of suitors but Wilson? He's 34 and predominantly came on from the bench for relegated West Ham.We don’t need another right winger which is what Bowen is. Wilson would be great but again I expect he will have his sights set higher.

I think we have gone past the period of signing 35 year old has beens. You dont progress as a club by going back to old players, who were once ok at winning free kicks.i'd offer Jordan Ayew a 1 year contract. Would struggle to be a starter but with extra European games his versatility upfront and on both wings will come in handy, especially with 20 or so minutes left.

I would love Wilson as a backup striker but I doubt we will pay the wages. I can see one of the clubs favourite for relegation taking a a chance.Complete nonsense.
I said it when we had him and people would moan about his lack of goals etc that was not his game.
His game was to break up play and win freekicks when needed which he did go look at the stats the media made out Wilf was the one who was fouled most which was not true when you look at the real numbers it was Ayew.
Ayew always put in a shift defending as well.
His brother was the guy who scored the goals but didn't put in work rate.
I wouldn't sign him now his time has passed.
We wont get Bowen he is 29 and on a lot of money figures are saying with all bonuses he is on close to 250 grand his base wages is around 160.
The other issue is Bowen will want to play so how is that goign to work he either plays as the guy on the right side or in the center both those are already covered by a starting player.
We tried getting Wilson in the past but yet again refused to pay the transfer fee so missed out he is 29 as well which means no resell value but I would go for him if can keep wages low (Rumors are others will be offering him min 100k per week which I think is too much)

it would be utter madness to go back to someone of the levels of Ayew. He had a couple of moments, but for the most part was all huff and puff with no end product. We should also be trying to flog the like of Nketia to newly promoted teams who might be fooled by his 'premier league pedigree' into taking a gamble on him, much like we were because he came from Arsenal.it's amazing how opinions differ.
Clearly not a 1st choice, as i've already mentioned, but a decent squad player IMHO.
Can't do any worse than £35m Johnson as a sub, and his assist and goal record is clearly better. Not a big scorer (usually played on the wings anyway) but usually important ones.
Incidentally, remember the 94th minute winner v Leicester on Roy's return? Created out of nothing by a certain Jordan Ayew. People often forget these moments and just remember Mateta scoring.
As a free on limited wages it's a no brainer IMHO. We will not be buying Wilson or Bowen (even if we could convince them to come to us) as we've just spend £85m in January (plus c£200k a week on wages).
Unless there is a big player sell i think 2 or 3 smaller incomings will be our summer transfer window.

Harry Wilson from Fulham who is available on a free, not Callum Wilson.Bowen I agree will have plenty of suitors but Wilson? He's 34 and predominantly came on from the bench for relegated West Ham.
He would do well in a similar role for us and would get Europa League football. We're not that unattractive a proposition.

I agree with all that except for "Sosa is clearly not the answer". Why do you think that? I think he is a very suitable understudy to Mitchell. It all depends if the new manager is flexible with his system. I think Strand Larsen and Nketiah or Johnson as a front two would work. Kamada will follow Glasner wherever he goes, but we need another DMF to play with Wharton. Guessand would also be a good signing, as I'm still not convinced that Pino is consistent enough. Cardenes is a right wing back, so cover for Munoz, but we probably still need cover for Mitchell, as Sosa is clearly not the answer.
Ah apologies, that will teach me not to skim read! Yeah he probably will be wanted by many clubsHarry Wilson from Fulham who is available on a free, not Callum Wilson.
