Glasner Out

With Leeds and Weeds both winning, if they take 3 points there will be even more pressure on us to beat Wolves tomorrow. Failure to do so should signal the end for Glasner. Spots writers on Sky Sports reckon he’s toast and should be sacked

It’s been flat all season and is likely due to the lack of wins.
I fully expect a torrent of abuse similar to what Kevin Miller received when he returned with Barnsley. That was one of the most abusive games I can remember towards a single person.
However if memory serves me correctly, he had a great game, saved a penalty and they won 0-2.

Yes sacking the manager isnt the solution in itself you have to bring someone else in and like you say a number of considerations. They may have their no.1 candidate lined up already but perhaps they are not free until the Summer etc. I hope we beat Wolves tomorrow which will be give everyone a temporary lift. But I think Wolves will win and OG will be sacked on Monday.

Please delete No.6 though its not applicable, we are not winning in Europe this season.

In regards to firing a manager do you just pay the rest of their salary (in this case the next three months) or are clubs also required to pay compensation? Is firing him now more expensive than keeping him on?
 
All I want is a manager that wants to be here. If it's Southgate then at least he cares about the club and will want to be with us.

Most news organisations have orbituaries already written for elderly famous folk .
Ours is probably already written to 80% by football journos .
For the neutral it would make a great read compared to the usual couple of lines for promoted teams going straight back down .
The scenario you describe would be the awful last 20% of the article .
 
How this man lost our respect is quite an achievement in such a short space of time. The arrogance of the man.

A couple of things, we all know when the numbers make Parish worry, he will push the button. We all want him gone but Parish will save every penny he can by keeping him in post. My own opinion is he will give him tomorrow and Thursday and if results go against us that will be it.

Secondly, I think this tells us that the manager is known and is in a post somewhere. With Frank, Dyche, Ange etc all available, if it was going to be one of them surely they would be in post already?

His bollocks about not being able to play 442… most of our players play international football or came from clubs that played different to our system. As for saying he can’t get the new players to work in his system… Change your system then you f***ing Bell End!!!!!
 
OG has lost his enthusiasm, spirit, team and the majority of the supporters.

The question is ….why does he not just do the decent thing and resign? He can’t be short of money, and I’m sure he’ll get another job quickly.

At this moment, I’d even welcome back Roy & Ray 🥹
