We've needed this clarity for a while, gives us 6 months to get in contact with managers to take us forwards
I know this sounds like a joke, but Glasner said Riad was on the way to Nottingham for an U21 and was told to come back as he's on the bench tomorrow.

Glasner hasn't said Guehi's off to City - simply that he's off. If you listen to his Press conference you will understand why he and Parish agreed to keep the decision re his future quiet since he made his decision back in October.

Imagine the players finding out on the same day that both your captain and your manager are leaving. It's like your wife leaving and telling you she's taking the dog. Of course it's not for another man, she tells you, before showing up at Old Trafford in July.

Well, can't say that we have not had enough time to find a new manager, Parish has known since October that OG would not sign a new contract.

Comes as a relief it's been made public imho,at least we know where we stand and can plan for next season.
Not surprised he has never stayed more then 2/3 seasons anywhere I believe. Plays a rigid formation, gets found out then leaves.

What Glasner achieved with us by winning the FA Cup and some of the football he delivered, was nothing short of remarkable.
Marc Guehi has been part of that, a superb player for us, and nothing short of an amazing personality, player and captain.
Things have gone beyond stale so far this season however.
I therefore do consider the last couple of years to be somehwta of a flash in the pan but you never know what awaits. Could be better with some investment and a new stadium, could be relegation.
Always fun at the Palace!!
