Mackerel & Sardines ?

Not keen on either but I need to introduce into regular diet.
Ive tried plain & flavoured out the tin, not great..
Any sensible suggestions to cook or dress to make more palatable?

Very good for you I have them regularly alongside porridge and a fruit. 👍 Separately!

Put fishes in a blender, with ketchup and mayonnaise.
Spread in sandwiches.
 
How about as a pizza topping? With a few herbs and other ingredients, I don't think it tastes too bad.
When it comes to certain vitamins, acids and trace elements, most of them are available in capsule form if you can't get used to them as food. Of course, this is a bit expensive.
 
avoid tinned sardines, tinned mackerel spread on toast with a squeeze of lemon, ground black pepper and a drop or three of Encona chile sauce is a fine thing. Or you can peel the skin off a smoked mackerel and pop it in the blender with gherkins, red onion, mayo and lemon juice and you have a splendid pate. Bon appetit mon brave👍
