They arrive with no proof of identity, can state a fictitious name, a fictitious country of origin and a fictitious reason for claiming asylum. I foresee countries refusing to agree to accept a return of someone who turns out not to originate from where they say they do.
Once here unlikely to be returned.

It is not really my job to sort out the Terms and Conditions i was quoting the judge, if you fancy telling the judge that he is wrong do so.

No the judge is not wrong. But just because he says something doesn’t mean that his prognosis will be carried out as he has limited control over the actual physical aspects of removal. The government doesn’t have control either as it relies on other nations to agree. So I am not sure how we guarantee removal of asylum seekers; much better to refuse entry in the first place.

No chance, as I explained previously. Have seen it time and time again, it will be “ as I’ve been a naughty boy here I can’t go back as they may punish me” or “ I haven’t been back to Afghanistan for so long, I just wouldn’t fit in” .

Well they have been up to now! Deportees being taken off planes because do- gooders didn’t like it, one who was a convicted rapist went in to commit another heinous crime. You cannot even attempt to return someone to a country without that country, issuing a valid document, which without proper ID, they will not do. So you are correct
