The progressive left, which is most of its activist base is radicalised. Most of them are convinced they're living under 'fascism.'

This is the messaging constantly being pushed by Democrats and their media and even within lefty institutions in states all over the country.

It promotes violence as a response, especially within the mentally ill or the highly activist.

Politically I believe the big wigs of the Democratic party are happy with that situation as they have plausible deniability and can play word games about it.

To reaction to the Charlie Kirk assassination showed that while there are quality people on the left, as in all political spectrums (I know lefties I like)....there's a huge amount who are tribal to the point of celebrating that murder and at best not caring that it happened.

It just isn’t! It’s disappointingly obvious that the Democrats are missing from this at the moment. There is comment and concern about the direction of the Trump administration in the MSM but I haven’t heard it described as fascist, any such comments coming solely from individuals on the fringes. Mostly the complaints are about the growing authoritarianism.

Of course I didn’t! But perhaps you missed the 100s of thousands of signs that didn’t!

In any group this large there is bound to be the occasional individual with unacceptable views. It seems someone, or more likely an AI, is trawling through the videos searching for anything that could be used to discredit the vast majority of genuinely angry and determined people intent on peacefully making their point.

It’s just an attempt at a diversion. Which is pretty pathetic and believed by nobody at all. Excepting Trump himself, and the gullible who still defend him.

Waking up every morning hoping to learn that Trump has passed away will be a very common sentiment among all but his base. He is old. He is looking sick. He will die one day. Why not tonight? Not through violence but through natural causes. When dying could be the best thing he has ever done for his country why wouldn’t some welcome it?

You have absolutely no idea of how things are in the US. Life is good, life is fun for the majority.

My parents always told me if you have nothing good to say about someone you better off saying nothing!
 
The usual useful idiots okay with Islam increasing and gaining control and charge of their country and the west. I bet none of them put under the spot could explain logically what their problem with Trump is. Same applies to Keir’s pal, Wisbech who is no eagle, just Keir II.

I cant see how this helps them. It retains their third. The opposite third will stay with Trump regardless. But the middle floating third will hardly be shifted their way with any Antifa style antics.

The trouble is, they cant risk speaking out against any part of these protests and risk alienating their natural base.

So they dither and hope that doing nothing is their best way forward.
