The ceasefire is very fragile. I would imagine HAMAS may have difficulties releasing all the hostages on time, which is why they sent personnel back into Gaza to help locate them. They seem to be held by different groups.
More Palestinians are still dying from lack of food and medicals supplies, and aid supplies are still being held back.
Journalists going back into Gaza release countless photos of a wasteland of piles of smashed concrete. Unexploded munitions, unsafe buildings ,decaying bodies, vermin, disease,all make for a toxic mix of ways to die for returning Palestinians

Go and find that Somalian take away in Streatham. It’s on that little ring road that starts taking you from south to west to Tooting if you have any idea where I’m talking about which you won’t. Even I would try to avoid it and cross the road.

But if you travel down Portland Road towards Ashburton, somewhere else you’ll have no idea where I’m talking about, the smell of Jerk Chicken coming out of dozens of take aways is pretty good.

Just pointing out that one person not liking it makes it rank. All that did was indicate the rankness of the prejudice he holds.

I suspect that most would like to be able to afford KFC.

It was always going to be.

If Hamas do release all the hostages then they have no bargaining chips left and the Israeli government will have no hesitation to seize on the first hint of a transgression to resume hostilities to complete a total take over of Gaza. Expect to see settlers moving in immediately after that happens.

If Hamas don’t release all the hostages then they won’t even to look for an excuse.

The reason the Europeans are going to Egypt today is to try to pressurise Israel, but Netanyahu will ignore that pressure, once the hostages are home.

The only thing that could make this work is if Trump’s threats to Netanyahu, whatever they were to get him to sign off on the ceasefire, are actually carried out. Withdrawing USA support, because it’s in their bigger interests to support the Gulf States, would do it but I think it’s highly unlikely to actually happen. The Israeli lobby in the USA is just too powerful. Biden was hogtied by them, and if he tried anything meaningful so would Trump be.

So I think that once the ceasefire is broken, Trump will side with Israel and stand back.

Once again, I hope I am wrong but I think this will all prove another false dawn and just another step to the ultimate takeover of Gaza, and then the West Bank, by Israel.

Bollocks. These are ceasefire celebration pictures, so show us the famine ravaged population then. I've seen very very few famine pictures, aside that Jew hostage forced to dig his own grave (which Greta published as "Palestinian stavation" before deleting it without apology once it was point ed out). Nope, you have a few individual images, one where the kid had a disorder which was the cause, and a couple of others I simply don't trust - those people are capable of starving their own kids for the cause.

Israel deliberately withheld food and medical aid to Gaza. Of course people are going to die.
Especially if Palestinians are deliberately shot whilst waiting for aid
 
Oh, so that's what death from famine means, being shot when queuing for food. My mistake, I thought it meant starving to death. Looks like none of those people got shot queuing either.
