Congrats on the magnificent support last night and what a pleasure it was to hear some different songs to the dreary monotonal fare that we usually have to endure from the HF.

Great support.

Can we be done with the UEFA songs now. Before we get worse than fines and get banned from stadiums.
Quite.

UEFA will take great pleasure in making more money from us, and we will end up having bits of the ground closed.
Someone needs to have a word with the geniuses in the HF and tell them to shut the F up.

I understand...but isn't the fear of saying something about some organisation or person a reflection of where we are in society...too scared to voice an opinion against something unjust in case you get fined, imprisoned, cancelled, etc...

I'm being practical.

UEFA run European football. Singing songs at them is hardly the stuff of revolution. However, it will get us fined and fans banned from attending games. That is the reality.

It is up to the football clubs to act against UEFA in a united effort, if they think they are an unfit organisation.

Great support last night, but I agree about the uefa thing, at the end of the day, we’re still playing in one of their tournaments and proud to be doing so, yet we’re still singing abuse at them

Sounded good on TV last night although I couldn't make out some.

My paper says the fans were heard singing songs praising the shooting down of Russian drones to the tune of '10 German bombers'. Anybody know the words? I'd like a laugh.

There were nine Russian drones in the air
There were nine Russian drones in the air
There were nine Russian drones , nine Russian drones, nine Russian drones in the air
And John Phillipe Mateta shot them down
And John Phillipe …. You get the idea?

OK, thanks, got it. Great fun was had by all.

I'm afraid we have to live with the fact that Uefa are one of the governing bodies of football. Unfortunately if we keep singing these anti Uefa and political songs the club WILL be punished, perhaps with a fine, maybe stadium bans or other punishment.
Many of us have already booked fights, accommodation, time off work etc for future games. How bad would that be to miss out because of some, quite frankly now, boring and pointless chants that will cause more harm than good. I'm as guilty as the next man singing along here and there but think we should now just get behind the team in the usual Palace way and gain a reputation as the best fans in Europe as well as here without the need to f*** this and f*** that all the time. My God what have I become 😱

To the Ultras - Your point has been well made, now just support the team please otherwise its going to lead to a fan ban
An ironic amended version '𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙐𝙀𝙁𝘼, 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙐𝙀𝙁𝘼…' as someone had earlier suggested would be both immensely powerful and ironic. Everyone would know exactly what was implied but how could they then fine the club or impose sanctions.

Irony, great idea.

If private Eye wanted to comment on some horrible female they used to use the phrase

"Gorgeous pouting beauty..."

I wonder how many celeb lawyers were asked to sue them for insulting them. "What did they call you?"

Sniff "A gorgeous pouting beauty"

If you cant let governing bodys know your feelings towards them , sorry UEFA are corrupt oligarchs who are only interested in the big clubs owned by the arabs so F#ck UEFA , there the ones in breach of there own ethics , they show there teeth only against smaller clubs , they dont know what inclusive means
