Christantus Uche

It looks like he’s an attacking midfielder who can be pushed further forward.

If the Hwang deal is off, and we don’t get another striker, I could see Edouard staying until January to act as cover for Mateta.
Nketiah is likely to be out until November as Glasner said not only did he have the injury, but he also hadn’t had a proper pre-season, so it will take a few weeks for him to come up to speed after the injury.

Would certainly give us a different option in the middle. Has the pace and power out midfield doesn't possess. Only signed for 500k last summer however.

Obviously, that's just a four-minute show reel, but it's a lot better than many of the show reels I've seen for the likes of Dibling and El Khannous and half the price. If we did do the dirty on Wolves he certainly looks like the sort of forward that would suit our style (ie the ability to get the ball up the pitch fast and effectively).

Cover in as a duvet!

I may be in the minority but I'd prefer a loan cover like Hwang up front rather than shelling out too much when we've other priorities and only play one out and out striker.

I think we've yet to see the best of Nketiah, he provided important assists and goals in the FA Cup run. Can see him starting in the conference league phase (if we get through).

With Hwang though it's likely Wolves will keep him if they sell Strand Larsen to Newcastle.

according to the bbc, Wolves have turned down another bid from N'castle for him, £55m this time.

Based on what?

That's not sarcasm...it's a genuine question. What gives you confidence to deem it an impressive signing? I just haven't ever seen or heard of him, so am relying on the reaction of people who have 🙂

His stats playing for unfancied Getafe in La Liga mainly.

He's physically powerful 22-year-old Nigerian international playing and versatile across the midfield, which if you use him as a No 10 that power is a useful attribute. He's noted for his pressing game and intelligence. Getafe don't want to sell him but need the funds.....and as Gallagher is highly unlikely to be coming I think he's a talented pick at a good price.
